(EVENTUAL) Pasante de Compras

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Pasante Compras para desarrollar funciones acordes a su necesidad.

Ubicación: Ecuador, Quito

 

  Misión del Rol

Brindar soporte al área de Compras mediante la ejecución de actividades operativas y desarrollo de automatizaciones que permitan optimizar procesos, reducir tiempos de gestión.

Funciones Asociadas al Rol

 

Apoyar en la gestión de Compras

Automatizar tareas repetitivas mediante Power Automate o herramientas similares.

Diseñar dashboards para seguimiento de KPIs del área de Compras.

Mantener y depurar bases de datos de proveedores y materiales.

Dar soporte en análisis de cotizaciones y procesos de negociación.

Documentar flujos de trabajo y procedimientos automatizados.

 

Requisitos Indispensables

Educación:  Estudiantes de últimos semestres de carreras: Ingeniería en Sistemas, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afines

 

Contar con:

Manejo Excel nivel intermedio

Automatización con Power Automate.

Manejo de bases de datos

Power BI

 

Contar con experiencia previa mínima de 6 meses
