Heartline Staffing is recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a 26-week long-term care assignment in South Mountain, Pennsylvania. Twelve openings are available on the evening shift.

Travel Pay Package

• $1,115 gross weekly
• $11.00/hour taxable rate
• $675 weekly stipend
• $30.00/hour overtime rate
• 40 guaranteed hours per week

Assignment Details

• 26-week contract
• Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing setting
• Evening shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• 5x8 schedule
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 12 openings

What You Will Do

• Provide direct resident care within the CNA scope of practice
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
• Assist with mobility, positioning and transfers as appropriate
• Support residents with daily care needs
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain required resident care documentation
• Follow patient safety and facility procedures
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the nursing team

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania Certified Nurse Aide certification/registration required
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
• Ability to provide compassionate resident care and assistance with daily activities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to work the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM evening shift
• Required CNA credential and Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry status will be verified prior to submission

Preferred: Previous evening-shift experience, CPR certification and knowledge of patient safety protocols.
