WHAT WILL YOU DO

You will work to integrate inclusion into everyday business operations, leadership practices, talent processes, and team experiences. As the organization evolves its Inclusion Strategy, there is an opportunity to identify and capture examples of how inclusive practices contribute to business success.

The Inclusion Strategy & Business Integration Intern will partner with business leaders, HR teams, and employees to identify, document, and analyze examples of inclusion in action across the organization. The intern will translate these insights into practical tools and resources that help leaders understand how inclusion can enhance decision-making, collaboration, innovation, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Amongst the deliverables you will help with Research and document examples where leaders and teams are successfully:

  • Expanding access to growth opportunities

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

• Major in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Management, Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development and Communications.
• The ability and success to interact with cross functional partners within the HR team and business partners.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office® Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other software systems.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Currently enrolled full time at an accredited four-year college or university.
• US citizen, permanent resident or otherwise authorized to work for Michelin on an ongoing, indefinite basis. This position is not available for immigration sponsorship.
