Schedule Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform critical path, near-critical path, and what-if scenario analyses to identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and issue regular schedule reports (dashboards, progress curves, milestone tracking, look-aheads) for project management and stakeholders.
  • Provide early warning of schedule slippage and propose recovery or acceleration plans.
  • Support schedule-related inputs for monthly project reports, stage-gate reviews, and management presentations.

Coordination & Collaboration

  • Facilitate regular schedule review meetings and progress reviews with internal teams and external contractors.
  • Coordinate with cost control to align schedule and budget (time-phased costs, cash flow, earned value where applicable).
  • Ensure contractor and vendor schedules are integrated, consistent, and aligned with client requirements.

Pharma / GMP Focus

  • Incorporate key pharmaceutical milestones (design reviews, regulatory submissions, equipment FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, validation, readiness for inspection, PPQ, etc.) into the integrated schedule.
  • Reflect GMP requirements, documentation deliverables, and regulatory timelines (e.g., FDA, EMA, MHRA) within the schedule logic.
  • Support readiness for regulatory inspections and audits by providing schedule evidence and documentation as required.
