About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
As Product Owner, Community, you'll lead the product backlog and delivery roadmap for the Trailblazer Community out of our Dublin office, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to turn strategy into working Salesforce solutions. You'll be the connective tissue between stakeholder needs and delivery teams, shaping features that directly improve how Trailblazers experience the community.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Own the product backlog, roadmap, and feature priorities for Trailblazer Community initiatives, translating stakeholder goals into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead discovery — stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews — to validate business objectives and shape clear, outcome-driven requirements.
- Break down epics into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and run backlog refinement, grooming, and sprint planning to keep delivery on track.
- Partner with technical teams and QA through solution design, integrations, data migration, and user acceptance testing, then drive adoption and change management once features ship.
You're Our Person If...
- You've spent 6+ years as a Business Analyst or Consultant, with 8+ years working hands-on with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement.
- You hold a Salesforce Admin Certification and have 4+ years leading large technology or transformation projects spanning multiple workstreams, business process re-engineering, integrations, and data migrations.
- You're skilled with agile tools (JIRA, Copado, Gearset, or similar) and comfortable facilitating discussions across large business and technical audiences.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Even Better If...
- You've configured or administered the Salesforce platform directly, including Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.
- You hold multiple Salesforce certifications.
- You've supported online communities, digital experience programs, or customer self-service platforms.
- You've worked across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams, with a strong grasp of change management and adoption best practices.
Unleash Your Potential
