• 1. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Reliability and Total Productive Management (TPM).
  2. Develop, maintain, and track equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance documentation in accordance with the company's Reliability requirements.
  3. Support digital manufacturing initiatives through PLC, AVEVA, and SQL Server software development, and drive the implementation and enhancement of SMOM and OSI PI Vision systems.
  4. Assist in the execution of electrical and instrumentation engineering projects, including project planning, contractor management, site supervision, and project acceptance.
  5. Perform other duties and assignments as required.
