The complexity of assignments will increase with demonstrated proficiency, judgement, and business acumen. Accordingly, the candidate will be expected to identify and resolve moderately complex issues and problems on assigned subcontracts and make recommendations of appropriate mitigation steps to management. The candidate may assist management by reviewing files for compliance and coaching more junior staff on policies, procedures, and best practices.
