Role Description:
Looking for low-stress, flexible work that fits your lifestyle? Zonda is hiring part-time Field Researchers to help track new home construction in your area. Ideal for independent workers who enjoy solo drives and a break from screens or sales calls.
Once every quarter (every 90 days), you’ll spend 2–3 weeks driving through neighborhoods and recording the construction status of new homes on provided maps. No sales, cold calls, or office hours.
Responsibilities:
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
- Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
- Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
- Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoods
- Visually identify lot status: are these homes occupied, under construction, vacant lots, etc.
- Mark findings on provided site maps
- Track mileage and time
- Return completed folders to your managers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enjoy quiet solo work and flexibility
- Are detail-oriented and organized
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs and navigate using a map or GPS.
