Job Description

The Global Client Group is seeking a Vice President to lead fundraise management for Brookfield's real asset credit strategies, with the opportunity to extend into multi-asset solutions work alongside our Investment Solutions Group (ISG).

This person will own the fundraising life cycle for real asset credit — driving investor strategy, coordinating across stakeholders, and shaping marketing materials — while also contributing to multi-asset proposal development, model portfolios, and client-facing materials across credit and multi-asset strategies.

In this role, the Vice President will:

  • Lead the real asset credit fundraise management team through all stages of the fundraising life cycle, partnering with internal functional groups and business leads and interfacing directly with investors and external advisors

  • Strategize and provide oversight on client proposals across credit and multi-asset solutions — building model portfolios, developing presentations, and incorporating market intelligence into tailored messaging

  • Develop and execute strategy to generate investor interest and drive momentum, working closely with Client Relationship Managers to hit quarterly and annual fundraising targets

  • Facilitate key decisions across all stakeholder groups throughout the fundraise process

  • Manage relationships across Diligence Management, Marketing & Content, Client Relationship Management, Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance, Finance & Operations, Investment Teams, and Product Specialists

  • Coordinate road shows, conferences, diligence sessions, and investor meetings

  • Act as senior representative in GCG leadership meetings as required

  • Support development and retention of junior team members, including training program design

  • Strategically review and help create strategy-specific marketing materials, including offering memoranda and investor presentations, for real asset credit and multi-asset strategies

  • Partner with ISG on product management and strategy initiatives spanning commingled funds, single-sector SMAs, and multi-asset proposals

  • Serve as an internal resource on Brookfield's real asset credit and multi-asset offerings, competitor positioning, and broader market context

  • Identify issues and proactively manage risk across the fundraising process

  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the competitor / LP landscape — preferences, styles, and requirements across regions and investor types

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree in finance, business, or related field a plus

  • 7-10 years of experience in fundraising, product management, or investment solutions, with a focus in real asset credit (real estate, infrastructure, or asset-based finance) or multi-asset solutions

  • Working knowledge of the LP landscape and investor preferences across regions and investor types

  • Strong product/strategy knowledge with the ability to communicate fund approach internally and externally

  • Solid investment and financial analytical skills; investment reporting experience a plus

  • Comfort with high-volume, technology-enabled processes

  • Institutional fund marketing, sales, or support experience strongly preferred

Key Competencies:

  • Strong relationship management across geographies, with the ability to flex communication style for diverse teams and investors

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive — seeks out challenging projects and owns professional development

  • Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation development and delivery

  • Ability to motivate others and drive execution on ambitious ideas

  • Comfortable giving feedback and having direct conversations when needed

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
