We're looking for a Talent Experience Partner who is passionate about people, service, communication, and creating memorable experiences. In this role, you will serve as the steward of our preboarding experience, ensuring every new hire feels informed, supported, welcomed, and excited as they prepare to join Reynolds.
You'll join a Talent Acquisition team focused on being Shiny & Strong: delivering exceptional service, building meaningful partnerships, and creating experiences that make Reynolds a place where people want to build their careers. It's an opportunity to become the face of the employee experience, helping candidates transition into employees while building confidence, engagement, and connection to our culture from day one.
Responsibilities
Own the New Hire Experience
You'll guide employees from offer acceptance through their first day, ensuring they have the information, support, and resources they need to feel ready and excited to join Reynolds.
You'll:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the preboarding journey
- Create personalized, high-touch experiences that build excitement and engagement
- Communicate key milestones, expectations, and next steps
- Monitor onboarding readiness and proactively resolve issues
- Coordinate activities across HR, IT, Facilities, Payroll, Hiring Managers, and other business partners
- Ensure every new hire arrives on Day 1 feeling prepared, connected, and confident
Partner with Hiring Managers
You'll help leaders prepare for successful employee transitions by creating visibility, accountability, and readiness throughout the onboarding process.
You'll:
- Provide updates on onboarding progress and readiness
- Coordinate workspace, technology, and resource preparation
- Help managers deliver welcoming and engaging first-day experiences
- Serve as a trusted resource throughout the transition process
Be a Culture Ambassador
Every interaction shapes how employees view Reynolds.
You'll:
- Represent our employer brand and employee value proposition
- Create meaningful moments that help employees feel connected before Day 1
- Deliver service with warmth, professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Gather feedback and identify opportunities to elevate the employee experience
Support High-Impact Interview Experiences
You'll help create polished candidate experiences for key and leadership-level hiring.
You'll:
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics
- Manage candidate communications and interview agendas
- Facilitate professional onsite interview experiences
- Ensure candidates experience Reynolds at its best
Help Welcome Employees on Day One
Working closely with Human Resources, you'll support onboarding and orientation experiences that set employees up for success.
You'll:
- Coordinate orientation logistics and communications
- Support new employee orientation programs
- Help create smooth transitions from candidate to employee
Drive Continuous Improvement
You'll contribute to projects and improvements that strengthen both the candidate and employee experience.
You'll:
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve satisfaction
- Support Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives
- Assist with communications, tools, and resources that enhance the employee journey
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, onboarding, customer service, hospitality, operations, or a related people-focused role
- Exceptional organizational and project coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high-touch, customer-focused experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office and HR/ATS technology platforms
Preferred:
- Experience with iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience supporting onboarding, recruiting, or employee experience programs
- Experience coordinating complex schedules and multiple stakeholders
- Experience in manufacturing, corporate, or multi-site environments
- Exposure to employer branding, candidate experience, or employee engagement initiatives
