Overview

Help Shape First Impressions That Last a Lifetime

At Reynolds Consumer Products, we believe the employee experience begins long before an employee's first day. It starts the moment someone says "yes" to joining our team.  We're looking for a Talent Experience Partner who is passionate about people, service, communication, and creating memorable experiences. In this role, you will serve as the steward of our preboarding experience, ensuring every new hire feels informed, supported, welcomed, and excited as they prepare to join Reynolds.

You'll join a Talent Acquisition team focused on being Shiny & Strong:  delivering exceptional service, building meaningful partnerships, and creating experiences that make Reynolds a place where people want to build their careers.  It's an opportunity to become the face of the employee experience, helping candidates transition into employees while building confidence, engagement, and connection to our culture from day one.

Responsibilities

Own the New Hire Experience

You'll guide employees from offer acceptance through their first day, ensuring they have the information, support, and resources they need to feel ready and excited to join Reynolds.

You'll:

  • Create personalized, high-touch experiences that build excitement and engagement
  • Communicate key milestones, expectations, and next steps
  • Monitor onboarding readiness and proactively resolve issues
  • Coordinate activities across HR, IT, Facilities, Payroll, Hiring Managers, and other business partners
  • Ensure every new hire arrives on Day 1 feeling prepared, connected, and confident

Partner with Hiring Managers

You'll help leaders prepare for successful employee transitions by creating visibility, accountability, and readiness throughout the onboarding process.

You'll:

  • Provide updates on onboarding progress and readiness
  • Coordinate workspace, technology, and resource preparation
  • Help managers deliver welcoming and engaging first-day experiences
  • Serve as a trusted resource throughout the transition process

Be a Culture Ambassador

Every interaction shapes how employees view Reynolds.

You'll:

  • Represent our employer brand and employee value proposition
  • Create meaningful moments that help employees feel connected before Day 1
  • Deliver service with warmth, professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail
  • Gather feedback and identify opportunities to elevate the employee experience

Support High-Impact Interview Experiences

You'll help create polished candidate experiences for key and leadership-level hiring.

You'll:

  • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics
  • Manage candidate communications and interview agendas
  • Facilitate professional onsite interview experiences
  • Ensure candidates experience Reynolds at its best

Help Welcome Employees on Day One

Working closely with Human Resources, you'll support onboarding and orientation experiences that set employees up for success.

You'll:

  • Coordinate orientation logistics and communications
  • Support new employee orientation programs
  • Help create smooth transitions from candidate to employee

Drive Continuous Improvement

You'll contribute to projects and improvements that strengthen both the candidate and employee experience.

You'll:

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve satisfaction
  • Support Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives
  • Assist with communications, tools, and resources that enhance the employee journey
