Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff as needed
- Assist with filing of paperwork and documents per request of the Office Manager
- Verifying the accuracy of documents
- Preparing and mailing accounts payable checks
- Other accounting duties as assigned
- Provide backup to other staff as necessary and as assigned by the direct supervisor
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 year of experience in a dealership position is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products highly preferred
- Willingness and desire to learn
- Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
- High School Diploma or equivalent, higher education preferred
