This position reports to:
Area Sales Manager__
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding ABB’s digital business by implementing sales strategies that increase market penetration, accelerate growth, and deliver value to customers across your assigned market.
You will work closely with customers to understand their digital transformation needs, promote ABB’s innovative digital solutions, and drive sustainable growth in orders, revenue, profitability, and market share. As a trusted advisor, you will help customers unlock new efficiencies while contributing directly to ABB’s business success and digital customer base expansion.

This role is contributing to the Motion Services Business in Indonesia.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Selling digital solutions to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions.
Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships (including customers’ Digital stakeholders) to understand customer their needs, promoting customer their understanding of full ABB’s complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligning with them to provide a solution.
Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Preparing sales plans using company ABB authorized tools.

Qualifications for the role
- Based in Jakarta and willing to travel as required.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in digital solutions, automation, industrial software, sales, or a related field.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
