Description
Our client is a boutique resort with 30+ rooms and 2 F&B outlets.
This role will be reporting directly to the Executive Chef.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Culinary school background
• Leisure resort and boutique operation experience
• Current strong Chef de Cuisine or Head Chef will be considered
• Strong expertise in Indonesian cuisine with exposure to Western and Asian cuisines
• Very motivated and with a lot of passion for food
• High standard of presentation and grooming at all times
• Knowledge of all Kitchen operations and procedures
• Able to control kitchen finances and ordering
• Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Should be very operational, a real hands-on / on-the-floor person
• Good management skills
• Team player with good communication skills
• Good English both spoken and written
• Patient and able to coach the kitchen team
• Willingness to take initiative and make decisions
• Strong training skills
• Computer literate
• Attention to detail
• Creative
