Equipment Operator
Salary: $42,000–$51,000 per year (based on experience)
Established construction company with over 40 years in business is seeking a dependable and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who takes pride in producing quality work and working safely as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with site development, grading, underground utility installation, and general construction activities.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
- Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and professional job site.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating construction equipment preferred.
- Experience with site work or underground utility construction is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- CDL preferred, but not required.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
