As an Intern HR Biologics at Lonza Sales AG, you will provide support to the Human Resources team, contributing to various HR initiatives within our Biologics platform This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic global life sciences company.

What you'll do:

• Support HR Business Partners with employee relations matters, performance management processes, and organizational development activities.
• Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in special HR projects and initiatives
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and activities as required.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

What we are looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in a career in Human Resources, particularly within the life sciences or biotechnology sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and eager to learn new concepts and apply them effectively.
