Description
ABOUT US:
DivaDance is a sexy, sweaty, stress-free dance experience for adults! We are the #1 brand for pop-music inspired, choreography-based dance classes, programs, and parties - with franchises in over 40 cities. Joining our staff is an opportunity to change lives, empower others, and do what you love as we inspire confidence and build community in our inclusive, all-levels classes.
THE GIG:
We're looking for a confident, persuasive individual who is ready to CHANGE LIVES through sales of our inclusive, fun, stress-free dance class membership! You'll be connecting with our clients at our classes to hear about their experience, learn more about their reasons for coming and why DivaDance could help them reach their goals, and then present ways our membership options may fit them best! You'll also be onboarding new members and making sure they are maximizing their membership, as well as posting to our social media accounts during our classes while observing the class experience! The perfect person in this role thrives on forming meaningful rapport with everyone you meet! You're fun, values-driven, obsessed with excellence AND you want to make a difference in people's lives. Most importantly, you are persuasive, articulate, and confident. We provide all onboarding details, but prefer someone with customer service and/or sales experience.

HOURS, COMPENSATION, LOCATION:
We are looking for you to host 1-2 classes per week - mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends or lunch time (availability permitting). DivaDance brings our classes into existing facilities - we do not have our own physical location. You can expect to work at our Pineville location. If availability and locations are accessible for you, there is potential to work at our Fort Mill studio location or 2 Charlotte locations as well.
Our Charlotte locations are near Uptown at Open Door Studios and off 77 and S Tryon at NC Dance District.
Our two South Charlotte locations are in Downtown Pineville at Moxie Fitness Studio and in Fort Mill at ONE Dance Initiative at the intersection of 460 and 160.
Compensation is $18 per hour + free dance classes! Commissions are paid out based on membership type or package sold. The more you sell, the more you make. 🎉
This is a great role for someone who wants to join our squad (check us out on IG @DivaDanceCharoltte), change lives, and the chance to earn some extra cash!
Sales experience is a plus, reliability is a must!
DivaDance® is an equal-opportunity employer. Every body is a dance body, and that goes for who we hire too. All hirees must align with DivaDance Charlotte's Core Values which are:
