Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst - Inventory

DigitalOptometrics is looking for Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst - Inventory who's ready to dig into the numbers behind our exam sites' equipment costs and cost performance. If you enjoy turning operational data into clear, useful financial insight - and you want your work to directly influence how a fast-growing, remote telehealth Company runs - we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do:

• Own inventory costing and COGS analysis across our exam site network - equipment sales,
  Installation costs, and service costs etc.
• Partner with Accounting on month-end close, inventory valuation, and variance analysis. Integration
  from Connectwise to Intacct.
• Build reporting that actually gets used: inventory turns, cost-per-exam, site-level trends, and more.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for inventory and supply spend, grounded in real exam-volume
  data.
• Hunt for cost-saving opportunities in purchasing, inventory levels, and vendor pricing.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, IT, and site leadership - this isn't a back-office-only role.

What You Bring:

• 2-4 years in FP&A, cost accounting, or inventory analytics.
• Excel expertise (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) - bonus points for Power BI.
• A working understanding of inventory costing (standard cost, FIFO/weighted average) and COGS.
• A knack for explaining what the numbers actually mean to people who aren't in finance.
• Healthcare, retail, or multi-location services experience is a plus, not a requirement.
