Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally spanning corporate/professional roles (finance, marketing, HR, IT, or similar functions) in the energy sector or technical environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume requisition load (10+ concurrent openings) without sacrificing candidate quality
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills comfortable working directly with hiring managers at various levels
- Experience with an ATS/CRM platform; strong attention to detail in data hygiene and reporting
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid, remote-first environment while staying connected to the team
