Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (Area HRBP) to serve as the primary HR partner for an assigned cluster of clinics.
As an Area HRBP, you will be the key link between our Human Capital Management team and clinic-level operations, providing hands-on HR support across recruitment, employee relations, compensation and payroll concerns, engagement, learning, performance management, and HR compliance.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who is comfortable working independently, partnering closely with business leaders, analyzing people data, and turning HR insights into practical solutions that support both employee experience and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Business Partnering: Partner with clinic and cluster managers on workforce planning, staffing needs, retention, and people-related business priorities.
- HR Generalist Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR concerns, resolving routine matters and escalating complex cases when needed.
- Talent Acquisition: Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on local hiring requirements, interviews, onboarding, and hard-to-fill positions.
- Compensation & Benefits: Support payroll, attendance, timekeeping, benefits, and compensation-related concerns while ensuring accurate HR data.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Manage first-line employee relations cases, conduct exit interviews, and support employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Learning & Performance: Support training implementation, compliance tracking, and the performance management cycle across assigned clinics.
- HR Compliance & Reporting: Monitor compliance with DOLE, DOH, and applicable labor regulations; maintain HR records and provide regular HR metrics and recommendations to the HCM Head.
- Field Support: Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on HR support across all clinics within the assigned cluster.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
- Demonstrated experience across several HR functions, including:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Compensation and payroll support
- Employee relations
- Learning and development
- Performance management
- HR compliance
- Experience in a healthcare, clinic, retail, hospitality, or other multi-site service environment is highly preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and applicable wage orders.
- Strong employee relations and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze HR data and translate trends into practical business recommendations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with corporate and site-level teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and standard HR reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Other Requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned clinic cluster.
- Willingness to undertake periodic air travel to provincial sites.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and managing competing priorities.
