HR Professional to Customer Success & Implementation Specialist

We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Customer Success & Implementation Specialist. In this role, you'll leverage your HR expertise to help customers successfully implement, adopt, and maximize the value of our flagship platform, AcquireTM.

Unlike a traditional HR position, you'll use your knowledge of recruiting and HR best practices to guide fellow HR professionals through software implementation, training, and ongoing support. You'll become a trusted advisor and product expert, helping customers transform their hiring processes and achieve their talent acquisition goals.

This is not a highly technical role. While you'll work with software every day, success in this position is driven by your HR knowledge, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for helping people. We'll provide comprehensive training on our products and technology. You bring the HR expertise and customer-focused mindset.

What You'll Do

Customer Implementation & Onboarding

• Become a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for the AcquireTM platform.
• Lead new customer onboarding and implementation activities.
• Assist customers with system setup, configuration, and rollout planning.
• Ensure successful customer adoption and implementation of the platform.
• Manage implementation timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations.

Customer Support & Success

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Troubleshoot customer questions and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
• Document customer interactions and support cases within our help desk system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Advocate for customer needs and communicate product enhancement recommendations.

Training & Education

• Conduct virtual training sessions for new and existing customers.
• Lead training programs ranging from one-on-one coaching to larger group presentations.
• Develop customer confidence and proficiency in using Acquire™ and related modules.
• Provide best-practice guidance on recruiting and talent acquisition workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Development, Engineering, Project Management, and Systems teams.
• Escalate and track priority customer issues when needed.
• Stay current on product releases, features, and enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR and recruiting best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, CRM, ERP, or similar business software.
• Prior experience providing software support or customer success services.
• Experience conducting employee or customer training programs.
• Familiarity with implementation, onboarding, or project management processes.
