The Finance Manager is responsible for serving as a trusted financial advisor to Global IT leadership, providing financial guidance, analysis, and recommendations that support business performance and strategic decision-making. This role leads budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting activities while supporting strategic initiatives, resource optimization, and financial planning processes across the Global IT organization.
This position reports to the Senior Finance Director and is part of the Global FP&A team located in Brea, California, and will be an on-site role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Partner with senior business leaders to strengthen financial transparency, accountability, and operational effectiveness through data-driven analytics and performance metrics.
- Play a key role within the Global FP&A team, collaborating with corporate stakeholders and finance partners across functions and regions to drive alignment and support companywide planning initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement efforts leveraging DBS to streamline planning, forecasting, and reporting processes while strengthening financial visibility and business performance management.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives by identifying improvement opportunities and supporting process and system enhancements that drive operational efficiency.
- Help shape the adoption of AI-enabled finance solutions and advanced analytics capabilities, leveraging automation and data-driven insights to improve planning accuracy, increase process efficiency, and unlock greater business value.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in field with 9+ years experience OR Master's degree in field with 7+ years experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 4+ years experience
- Progressive finance experience in planning, financial analysis, and reporting
- Proficient in financial systems and tools, such as OAS/OBI, Power BI, ERP systems (Oracle a plus), OneStream, and BPC/EPM, and Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communicator (oral, written, and presentation) and collaborator, with experience presenting to executives and influencing cross-functional teams globally.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities, deliver accurate results under tight deadlines, and address financial issues independently
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Working with data warehouse and financial consolidation tools such as SAP-BPC and OneStream.
- Diagnostics, Pharmaceuticals, or a similar regulated high-complexity industry, with an understanding of its business dynamics and financial processes.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization and respond effectively to shifting priorities and business needs.

The annual salary range for this role is $110,000-$130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
