## About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support finance operations by performing core accounting activities such as invoicing, accounts payable processing, and reconciliations. The role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with policies, and effective query resolution for both internal and external stakeholders. This opportunity is ideal for someone early in their finance career looking to build a strong foundation in accounting operations within a dynamic, global environment.

## What you’ll do

• Perform daily accounting tasks including invoicing, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
• Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities
• Manage and respond to queries from internal teams and external stakeholders
• Contribute to audit processes and ensure accurate documentation
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards in all assigned tasks

## Who you are

• An individual with 1–2 years of experience and a degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting tools (e.g. Oracle ERP is an advantage)
• Equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Capable of working independently as well as within a team environment
• Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities within deadlines
• Demonstrates a proactive approach and commitment to continuous learning
