Responsibilities:

• Respond to a wide range of residential plumbing emergencies with efficiency, professionalism, and calm under pressure.

• Accurately diagnose leaks, blockages, equipment failures, and other plumbing problems using proper tools and techniques.

• Perform routine plumbing maintenance while educating homeowners on system care, repair options, and preventive practices.

• Present high‑quality repair or replacement options and confidently close service calls with clarity and professionalism

• Apply expertise in plumbing diagnostics, re‑pipes, re‑drains, leak detection, water heater repair and replacement, and related residential systems

• Communicate effectively with homeowners to ensure understanding, trust, and a positive service experience.

 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 year service plumber with sales experience (required)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Sound knowledge of residential plumbing systems and water systems
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Pay Transparency:

 

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from 50k-100k annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.

 

Physical Demands:

 

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time. 
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
• May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
