Description
On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead and grow a well-established company specializing in PVC apertures, carpentry, parquet flooring, decking, artificial turf, and awnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Drive sales growth, business development, and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and manage sales, production, installation, and administrative teams.
- Develop strong relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor business performance, budgets, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within Malta's construction, apertures, carpentry, or related industries.
- Strong sales and commercial acumen.
- Experience managing operations and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in both English and Maltese.
- Valid driving licence.
- Established network within Malta's construction and property sectors will be considered an asset.
