We are seeking a Technical Product Specialist I to join our global Offers, Pricing and Revenue Management team, where innovation knows no borders. This team delivers high-quality pricing, shopping and ticketing support to airline and agency customers worldwide, protecting customer revenue and ensuring seamless global travel operations. As a Technical Product Specialist I, you will analyze complex air fare issues, research Agency Debit Memos to safeguard Sabre's Fare Guarantee Policy and ensure operational continuity across Customer Care. You will evaluate database diagnostics, prioritize bug fixes based on financial impact and help deploy high-impact software solutions. This role requires sharp problem-solving skills, strong personal initiative and the confidence to guide customers through complex technical challenges.
What you'll do
Analyze and resolve complex air fare, pricing and shopping issues for global airline and agency customers in real-time and test environments.
Safeguard Sabre Fare Guarantee Policy commitments through thorough research and analysis of Agency Debit Memos (ADMs).
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to address technical questions, test new functionality and support deployment planning.
Prioritize required system fixes based on financial impact and platform usability to protect customer operations.
Use AI-enabled diagnostics and automated workflows to accelerate issue resolution, improve diagnostic accuracy and reduce manual effort.
What you'll bring
Minimum 1 year of experience in travel technology, airline IT or Global Distribution System (GDS) environments.
Practical knowledge of air fares, pricing, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) or Airline Tariff Publishing Company (ATPCO) data structures.
Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, solve technical problems and deliver clear diagnostic recommendations under minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.
Practical experience using generative AI, automation or analytics tools to streamline diagnostic workflows and improve technical decision quality.
