The Commercialization Lead for Radiation Oncology Solutions (ROS) is responsible for driving the end-to-end commercialization strategy for key products and solutions across the ROS portfolio.
This role serves as the critical bridge between Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Regional teams—ensuring that innovation is translated into successful market adoption, revenue growth, and customer value.
The Commercialization Lead manages a team of commercialization specialists and ensures alignment between product strategy, clinical value proposition, and commercial execution across global markets

Commercialization

  • Define and lead global commercialization strategies for ROS products and solutions, aligned with business growth and portfolio priorities
  • Lead cross-functional new product introduction (NPI) commercialization efforts from concept through launch and scale
  • Ensure readiness across sales, marketing, and service prior to product launch

Cross-functional Leadership & Alignment

  • Act as the central point of coordination for ROS commercialization across Product Management, Scientific Marketing, and Price Book team
  • Ensure alignment between product roadmap and commercial offer structure
  • Partner closely with the Head of Sales Operations to align commercialization plans with pipeline, pricing, and performance metrics

Commercial Performance & Growth

  • Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and adoption of ROS products and solutions by providing an optimized price book and offering structure
  • Define and track KPIs (i.e. offer conversion and best-selling configurations / options)
  • Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to monitor performance against targets and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Translate insights into actionable commercial strategies and product positioning

People Leadership & Team Management

  • Experience leading small to mid-sized teams or serving as a functional lead on cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members, including setting clear priorities, providing feedback, and supporting growth
  • Comfortable managing both direct reports and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to align stakeholders across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Clinical teams
  • Experience contributing to hiring decisions and onboarding new team members (preferred)
  • Ability to foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment with a focus on accountability and execution
  • Experience working in dynamic environments, supporting change initiatives such as product launches or go-to-market shifts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • 8-12+ years of experience in commercialization, product marketing, product management, or commercial strategy
  • Strong experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or oncology preferred
  • Proven track record of launching complex products and driving commercial success in global markets
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization

    Planned domestic or international travel up to 10% of the time

The base pay range for this position is:

$119,920 - $164,890

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
