Digital Sales Manager
Location: Manchester
Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday in the office

HPE is looking for a Digital Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of around 12 Digital Sales Representatives across our Hybrid IT portfolio, including servers, storage, software and AI solutions.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious sales leader who loves developing people, driving performance and building winning teams - while playing a key role in one of the most exciting areas of technology.

Lead, coach and develop a team of high-performing sales professionals.
Drive revenue, profitability and quota attainment.
Build a culture of accountability, ambition and continuous development.
Own pipeline, forecasting and sales execution.
Develop strategic sales plans aligned to business priorities.
Support complex opportunities and help teams overcome barriers to success.
Build strong relationships with customers, partners and HPE stakeholders.
