Paid Training Before Denver Launch

To give our Denver team the best possible foundation, all new hires will complete a paid 180-day training program in Dallas, Texas before returning to Colorado.

During training, you’ll work directly with experienced Heritage leaders, learn our proven sales system, gain hands-on field experience, and develop the skills needed to succeed once you transition back to Denver.

You must be willing and able to complete the 180-day training period in Dallas, TX.

What You'll Do

This is an active, field-based role where you’ll work directly with homeowners and manage the customer experience throughout the restoration process.

You will:

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Generate new business through face-to-face outreach
• Perform roof and property inspections for storm damage
• Take photos and document potential damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
• Help homeowners navigate their roofing project
• Coordinate projects from initial inspection through completion
• Build relationships and generate referrals
• Provide an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Must have a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Ability to work outdoors and climb roofs
• Ability to complete the required 180-day paid training program in Dallas, TX
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
