About Our Family
We’re a busy family of three in Miami with a spirited young child and a sweet medium-sized dog. With two busy corporate careers and frequent work travel, life can move quickly, and we’re looking for someone special who can help bring a little more ease and organization to our everyday routine.
While we need an extra set of hands with the practical side of keeping a home running — laundry, errands, light tidying and organization, meal support, school pick-ups and dog care — finding the right person is about much more than completing a list of tasks.
We’d love someone who genuinely enjoys being around children and will take the time to build a relationship with our son. Being a dog lover is equally important — our dog is part of the family, and we want someone who is happy to have their care and companionship woven into the day.
Above all, we’re looking for someone we can truly trust and rely on. Someone warm, observant, professional, and proactive who will get to know the rhythm of our household, anticipate what needs attention, and become a consistent presence in our lives.
Who You Are / What We're Looking For
You’re experienced, dependable, and naturally caring, with the ability to balance professionalism with genuine warmth. You’re organized and proactive, but you also understand that working in a family home is personal — relationships, trust, and good communication matter just as much as efficiency.
You’re comfortable taking ownership of household needs, coordinating with our biweekly cleaning team, and shifting priorities when life gets busy. You enjoy engaging with children, love dogs, and are happy to jump in wherever you can make the family’s day a little easier.
We’re hoping to find someone who is looking for more than their next job. We want a trusted, long-term partner who can grow with our family, learn how our home works, and become an important part of keeping our household happy, organized, and running smoothly.
