Stop trading your life away on dead-end solo runs. Grab your co-driver for a dedicated Target team position out of Newton, NC, running NC, VA, TN, GA, AL, and MD. Pull 4,500–5,000 weekly miles on 100% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight, and get home weekly.
The Paycheck: Average weekly earnings of $1,500–$1,700 per driver ($78,000–$88,400+ annual potential before bonuses), backed by $0.74 split CPM, $20/backhaul, and a $5,000 total split sign-on bonus ($2,500 each) paid out over your first year.
The Route & Freight: Dynamic drop-and-hook runs with dry freight backhauls (75% preloaded / 25% live; basic cargo securement required).
Requirements & Training: Paid orientation ($100/day for 1 classroom day and 1 ride-along day).
Requires a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays), customer service patience, and 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 36 months.
