Nikkiso ACD has the most diversified product line in the industry covering nearly every application requiring pumps or turboexpanders.This position is based at Nikkiso ACD, LLC, located in Santa Ana, CA.

Job Overview

Essential Functions/Responsibilities• Creating pictorial work instructions of assemblies and processes• Creating/revise simple (BOO) Bills of Operations• Creating simple rework travelers for non-conforming parts• Designing simple tooling and fixtures• Identifying process improvement opportunities• Observing and working with operators to understand/improve processes.• Utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology to work with the production team and engineers.• Improving and modifying facility layout – workflow and material flow guidelines.

Education and Experience:• Driven college students, or recent college graduates, with a major or degree in Manufacturing Engineering.• Determined go-getters who embrace challenges.• Passionate individuals that are eager to learn• Knowledge, skills, and abilities in manufacturing engineering, mechanical design, critical thinking, and attention to detail

 

Salary: $22/HR
