As our Integration IT Workstream Lead, you'll lead one of the most significant technology integration programs in Anglicare's history. Following the acquisition of Infinite Care and Autumn Aged Care, you'll be responsible for bringing together three complex IT environments into a single, secure and future-focused technology ecosystem that supports the delivery of exceptional care to older Australians. You'll be welcomed into a compassionate, respectful and purpose-driven community where we don't just talk about values, we live them. 

This is an initial 18 month fixed term opportunity.  

 

Your opportunity 

You will provide strategic leadership across the end-to-end technology integration program, balancing operational continuity with long-term transformation. You'll work closely with executives, business leaders, vendors and integration partners to develop and deliver the target-state technology architecture for a combined organisation operating approximately 5,300 aged care beds across 46 homes and supporting over 7,000 employees. 

 

With integrity and a strategic mindset, you will: 

  • Partner with executive stakeholders and cross-functional integration teams to drive successful outcomes.   

  • Lead the end-to-end IT integration of Anglicare Sydney, Infinite Care and Autumn Aged Care through discovery, planning, execution and stablisation phases  

  • Create and execute the technology integration roadmap, including system migrations, vendor consolidation and platform rationalisation.  

  • Manage integration governance, budgets, risks, dependencies and executive reporting.  

  • Ensure continuity and resilience of care-critical systems throughout the integration program.  

  • Partner with cyber security, data governance and compliance teams to ensure technology solutions, platforms and processes align with organisational security, privacy, governance and regulatory requirements across the combined technology environment. 

  • Lead multidisciplinary technology teams including architects, business analysts, delivery leads and change specialists.  

What you'll bring 

You're an experienced technology leader with a strong track record delivering large-scale merger & acquisition transformation and integration programs within complex enterprise environments. You're bring strength in stakeholder management in a changing operating model environment.  You’ll be equally comfortable discussing architecture decisions with technical specialists and presenting strategic recommendations to executive audiences. 

You will also need: 

  • Significant experience managing complex technology portfolios spanning applications, infrastructure, data, cyber security and digital workplace solutions.  
  • Demonstrated program leadership experience with responsibility for governance, budgets, risk management and stakeholder engagement at executive level.  
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation, and the ability to engage senior executives and board-level stakeholders.  
  • Strong vendor management and commercial negotiation experience.  

 

Highly desirable 

  • Postgraduate qualifications in IT Management, Business Administration or Project Management.  

  • Experience delivering technology integration programs as part of mergers and acquisitions.   

  • Experience within aged care, healthcare, community services or other highly regulated industries.
