Job description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Treatment Plan Coordinator with a proven background in high-dollar dental implant case acceptance, specifically full arch / AOX treatment planning.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and understands the clinical, financial, and emotional aspects of guiding patients through life-changing treatment decisions.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate has extensive experience coordinating and closing large dental implant cases and can confidently navigate comprehensive treatment plans from consultation through case acceptance. You should understand the workflow, patient journey, financing process, and scheduling coordination associated with complex implant rehabilitation cases.
This position requires a strong blend of sales ability, patient communication, organization, and dental knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and explain complex full arch and implant treatment plans to patients with confidence and professionalism
- Guide patients through financing options and payment arrangements
- Build trust and rapport with patients while addressing concerns and overcoming objections
- Coordinate scheduling for surgical and restorative phases of treatment
- Maintain detailed follow-up systems for pending treatment and unscheduled cases
- Work closely with doctors, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Review insurance benefits, UCR fee schedules, and estimate patient financial responsibility
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient communication records
- Utilize CRM systems, spreadsheets, and practice management software to manage case flow and patient follow-up
- Support a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction throughout the treatment process
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a dental Treatment Plan Coordinator
- Minimum 1 years of experience coordinating and presenting full arch / AOX dental implant cases
- Proven track record of high case acceptance and production performance
- Strong understanding of implant workflows, treatment sequencing, and restorative timelines
- Experience discussing high-dollar treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Knowledge of dental insurance, ADA coding, and treatment presentation best practices
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Experience using dental practice management software and CRM systems
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset
