Our Post Graduate Intern Program is designed for recent graduates looking to launch their careers in healthcare consulting through meaningful, hands-on experience. Participants will work alongside experienced consultants, contribute to real client projects, and gain exposure to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries while building core consulting skills.
This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity that offers professional development, mentorship, and the possibility of transitioning into an Associate role upon successful completion of the program.
What You'll Experience
Structured learning in consulting fundamentals and problem-solving methodologies.
Participation in real healthcare consulting projects.
Exposure to pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare market dynamics.
Advanced training in Excel modeling, PowerPoint storytelling, and data analysis.
Mentorship and coaching from experienced consulting professionals.
Networking opportunities with local and international teams.
Potential conversion to an Associate position based on performance and business needs.
Program Duration: 6 months
Employment Type: Full-time, fixed-term contract directly with IQVIA.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a STEM, Life Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
Degree awarded within the last 6 months.
Full-time availability throughout the duration of the program.
Genuine interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and consulting.
Availability to work in a hybrid environment and visit our Mexico City office (Col. Nápoles) as required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluency in English (C1 level or above).
