More about this role:
Join our dynamic Marketing team to gain hands-on experience in brand management (Solite & CDM), e-commerce, and digital marketing. You'll work closely with the Brand Manager on real projects that drive business impact — from innovation launches to consumer campaigns across multiple channels.
Main Responsibilities (phasing by projects)
1. Brand projects management
Support planning & execution of Innovation and Consumer Promotion projects — including timeline tracking, status updates, and ensuring internal compliance & registration processes are met
Collaborate with Media and Creative agencies (under Brand Manager's guidance) to deploy, monitor, and report on brand social media campaigns
2. Brand x E-commerce:
Support brand partnership activations on e-commerce platforms
Coordinate with internal E-commerce teams to deploy brand campaigns and optimize visibility on e-commerce shops
Track and report brand media performance on E-commerce channels
3. Brand Reporting:
Maintain and update brand performance dashboards (weekly/monthly)
Compile and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights
4. Other Marketing team assignments:
Contribute to team engagement activities and cross-functional marketing initiatives as needed
Job specific requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
Project management skills: ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Data literacy: comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and performance metrics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Growth mindset with proactivity and agility in a fast-paced environment
