Description
The Franciscan Health Transporter coordinates with doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals to take patients from various locations, such as emergency room, imaging, scans, surgery, inpatient bed, other diagnostic tests or procedures, and discharge of patients. The Transporter may help patients in and out of bed, or use wheelchairs and stretchers to get patients to identified locations.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Part-time 20 hours a week
Monday through Friday 5:00pm-9:00pm
Prepare for transport.
Ensure proper patient identification during moments of care.
Transport patients to the required location.
Return transport devices.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED Preferred
1 year Healthcare Preferred
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
