What You'll Do
-
Meet with homeowners to evaluate their comfort needs and recommend HVAC replacement solutions

Conduct in-home sales appointments generated by the company

Build trust and educate customers on available equipment and financing options

Prepare and present proposals that meet customer needs and company standards

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process

Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within company systems

Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
What We're Looking For

Previous HVAC Comfort Advisor, In-Home Sales, or Outside Sales experience preferred
-
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-
Ability to build trust and educate customers without high-pressure sales tactics

Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Strong closing skills and follow-through

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Experience with financing options and home improvement sales is a plus
