Description
As a Prep Cook at Armani Caffè, you will be part of a diverse culinary and service team committed to creating an exceptional guest experience rooted in warmth, authenticity, precision, and genuine hospitality. You will prepare high-quality ingredients and menu components with consistency and care, supporting efficient service and embodying the elegance, excellence, and hospitality of the Giorgio Armani brand.
In this role, you will complete daily food preparation, follow recipes and production plans, maintain organized workstations, and ensure ingredients are prepared, labelled, stored, and available for service. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and coordination with the kitchen and front-of-house teams will support product quality, timely execution, and a refined caffè experience.
To succeed in this role, you are collaborative, composed under pressure, results-oriented, and committed to working with integrity. You take pride in culinary craftsmanship, cleanliness, food safety, organization, and consistently executing each preparation to established standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum one (1+) year of prep cook, line cook, kitchen, food production, or comparable hospitality experience preferred; luxury hospitality or high-volume restaurant experience is an asset
- FoodSafe Level 1 certification is preferred and must be obtained and maintained where required
- Working knowledge of basic food preparation techniques, knife safety, kitchen sanitation, temperature control, date labelling, food rotation, and allergen awareness
- Ability to follow standardized recipes, production lists, verbal instructions, and portion specifications accurately and consistently
- Strong communication, organization, time-management, and teamwork skills, with the ability to remain composed and productive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other language skills are not required but are considered a strong asset
