What You’ll Do:
Manage a team of external IT technical resources to ensure reliability of all SAP-related Finance applications globally.
Take ownership for IT reliability in assigned areas globally.
Be a subject matter expert for SAP Record to Report
Lead timely issue identification, resolution & escalation when appropriate.
Foster an active relationship with the business & functional IT teams in related areas.
Assist with the enhancement process in assigned area, working with IT lead to ensure that all system enhancements follow the established process and are fully tested prior to promotion to production systems.
Participate in Transition to Support and Knowledge Transfer for all major updates/upgrades and/or new application rollouts.
Assist the lead to ensure that the IT operations team have proper level of knowledge and documentation to properly support all applications in assigned area.
Continuously work to improve reliability, proactive and predictive monitoring, and customer experience.
Work across the global supply chain operations team to ensure full support is provided for compliance with SOX and other audits
Who You Are:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related business field.
Possess End to End knowledge of finance processes, associated systems and technology in the assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Have a minimum of 3 years of functional/technical experience with SAP and/or related Finance Applications, including a knowledge of Finance processes.
Have SAP S/4 Certification (or relevant experience) in Finance or related area.
Are able to work in diverse and global teams
Possess relationship management skills along with the ability to lead and motivate external team members
Can communicate clearly with IT and Business partners, both verbally and in written form.
