Overview of Position
The Business Intelligence Specialist will support our LATAM business by owning reporting, analytics, and data visualization initiatives that drive informed business decisions. This role partners closely with leaders across the region to understand business challenges, deliver actionable insights, and develop scalable reporting solutions using Power BI and other analytics tools. You will combine technical expertise with data storytelling to help transform complex data into meaningful recommendations.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders across LATAM. [
- Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate business needs into reporting solutions.
- Create compelling presentations and use data storytelling techniques to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Support reporting standardization, automation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Write and execute SQL queries to support reporting and analysis needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or a related field.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Experience writing SQL queries and performing data analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English communication skills.
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
- Experience with Tableau, SSRS, SharePoint, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
- Experience supporting regional or multinational business operations.
- Experience creating automated reporting and self-service analytics solutions.
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, retail, e-commerce, or consulting environments.
- Knowledge of cloud-based analytics platforms.
What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
General office demands. This position requires regular use of a computer and standard office equipment and may involve extended periods of sitting while performing analytical and reporting activities.
