Current openings:

Full-time, 6am-2pm - with a weekend rotation

Full-time, 2pm-10pm - with a weekend rotation

Full-time, 10pm-6am - with a weekend rotation

Part-time, 10pm-6am - with a weekend rotation

At Hilltop Park Post Acute, compassion is at the heart of everything we do. We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms! What to expect:

Provide direct care to the residents of the facility under the direction of licensed nurses.

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered CNA license in Colorado

Must possess, at a minimum, 10th grade education

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required

Rate Range - $20- $26/hour
