Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This role requires managing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless operation. The individual dedicates time to establishing platform standards that promote system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to guide the solution s evolution and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring the product remains robust and scalable in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Identifying the user requirements
2. Reviewing gaps and proposing a solution for user story in implementation
3. Develop the Customization code - JPO , EKL , TCL , MQL
4. Mentor other team members
5) Client communication
6) Code review , Unit testing
7) Review branching .

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of software configuration management and release processes.
-3DEXperience customization expert .

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5+ years of experience in 3DExperience customization, Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
-Good Project Management experience & Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
-Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers .
