Retail & Roadshow Campaign Crew

We are hiring Retail & Roadshow Campaign Crew to promote and assist with Telco and AI subscription plans across various locations in Singapore. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain plan details, benefits, and AI features to customers.
• Approach and engage customers confidently.
• Assist customers with basic enquiries and subscription sign-ups.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Support daily roadshow or retail outlet operations as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Confident and comfortable approaching and engaging customers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to explain products clearly and professionally.
• Able to work according to a roster from Monday to Sunday.
• Applicants who can only commit to selected dates are welcome to apply.
• Available from September to October 2026.

Roadshow Campaign

• NTU / SMU: Weekdays, 11am–7pm
• Orchard: Weekdays, 5pm–9pm; Weekends, 2pm–9pm
• Raffles Place: Weekdays, 11am–7pm

Retail Outlets – Heartland Locations

• Hougang: 2pm–9pm
• Toa Payoh: 2pm–9pm
• Kovan: 2pm–9pm
• Woodlands: 2pm–9pm

Rate: $14/hour
