Description

The Expert Product Manager for Acxiom Real Identity Cloud-Native Applications directs product strategy and execution for Acxiom’s identity capabilities deployed within leading cloud and data platforms, including Databricks, Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
This role is the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for a complex, multi-platform product domain. The Product Manager will define how Acxiom Real Identity capabilities are packaged, deployed, commercialized, and scaled as cloud-native applications—enabling clients to use Acxiom’s identity, data enrichment, collaboration, and activation capabilities within their own cloud environments.
The role serves as a senior resource across product, design, engineering, architecture, privacy, legal, marketing, sales, partnerships, and delivery. Success requires deep product leadership, strong cloud-platform expertise, and the ability to translate Acxiom’s identity assets into secure, privacy-conscious, commercially viable applications.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Interface directly with clients and partner organizations to troubleshoot discrepancies, clarify reporting logic, and ensure alignment on usage data and revenue outputs
  • Develop a deep understanding of client/partner-specific pricing models, contractual terms, and data structures to ensure accurate revenue processing and reporting
  • Serve as a key operational point of contact for external clients and partners, supporting ongoing data validation, issue resolution, and alignment on reporting expectations and timelines
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Operations) and external client/partner teams to translate business, client, and partner inquiries into actionable analysis and solutions
  • Analyze revenue usage pipeline performance across platform partners to identify data discrepancies, revenue leakage, compliance risks, and optimization opportunities
  • Coordinate with platform partners to establish and maintain API/data connections, improving timeliness, accuracy, and scalability of data transfers
  • Clean, validate, and integrate multi-source datasets (internal and client/partner-provided) to improve data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness
  • Support monthly revenue operations processes, ensuring on-time, accurate delivery of client/partner revenue reporting within defined SLAs
  • Build and deliver clear, client/partner-ready reporting outputs and internal summaries that communicate performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Work with team leaders to create compelling narratives and presentations that explain analytical findings, including client/partner-related impacts, risks, and recommendations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client/partner onboarding, reporting workflows, and communication processes to reduce friction and enhance client/partner experience
  • Contribute to the design and automation of scalable revenue data pipelines and workflows to support growth in client/partner complexity and volume
  • Effectively operate in a fast-paced, client/partner-driven environment, managing multiple priorities and external dependencies

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients & partners, including explaining technical concepts in business terms
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients & partner stakeholders and manage ongoing communications professionally
  • Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy in a client/partner-facing, SLA-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to connect analysis directly to revenue impact, client/partner performance, and business outcomes
  • Experience working cross-functionally while managing client and partner dependencies and timelines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex client/partner data and revenue structures
  • Self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn Acxiom’s digital products and the broader client/partner ecosystem
  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum one year of related experience (Accounting, Computer Science, or related quantitative field preferred)
  • Experience working with large, multi-source datasets and applying strong data quality practices
  • Ability to build dashboards and communicate insights through business intelligence tools

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working within the digital advertising ecosystem (DMPs, DSPs, Advanced TV, Programmatic platforms)
  • Familiarity with client & partner onboarding, data integration, and revenue-sharing models
  • Experience collaborating with external partners or clients in an operational, analytical, or account support capacity
  • Ability to identify process improvements that enhance both internal efficiency and external client/partner experience
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple client/partner workflows simultaneously
  • Experience supporting end-to-end revenue management, including pricing, pipeline analytics, and optimization
  • Knowledge of revenue operations and client & partner-driven revenue models
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive operational improvements that benefit both Acxiom and its clients and partners.

Key Differentiator of This Role
