Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:
- A licensed or certified Dental Assistant in New Mexico (DANB or Radiology Certificate)
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
- A friendly, patient, and upbeat personality that helps kids feel at ease.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A passion for providing excellent care in a team-driven environment.
Your Role:
- Prepare patients and assist the dentist during procedures.
- Educate kids and parents about oral health and hygiene.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Help ensure each visit is a positive and comfortable experience.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
- Certification from a dental college OR three to six months related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
Required Certificates or Licenses:
- X-Ray New Mexico certification with license number
- BLS certification
Preferred Certificates or Licenses:
- Topical Fluoride New Mexico Certification
- Sealant New Mexico Certification
- Coronal Polish New Mexico Certification with License number
