Specialist Pediatric Neurologist - Dubai

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Specialist Pediatric Neurologist to join our pediatric and neuroscience team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience in diagnosing and managing neurological conditions in infants, children, and adolescents.Turkish language proficiency is highly preferred, as the role will primarily support a Turkish-speaking patient population.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage neurological conditions affecting infants, children, and adolescents.Conduct comprehensive pediatric neurological assessments and developmental evaluations.Manage conditions including:Epilepsy and seizure disordersDevelopmental delay and neurodevelopmental disordersHeadaches and migraineCerebral palsy and neuromuscular disordersMovement disordersAutism and associated neurological conditionsGenetic and metabolic neurological disordersSleep-related neurological disordersInterpret and appropriately utilize EEG, neuroimaging, and other neurological investigations.Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans.Coordinate care with pediatricians, developmental specialists, neurosurgeons, psychologists, physiotherapists, and other multidisciplinary teams.Communicate effectively with children and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, prognosis, and follow-up.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards.Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.Qualifications & RequirementsMedical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).Recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics and/or Pediatric Neurology, as applicable to specialist licensing requirements.Valid eligibility/licensure to practice as a Specialist Pediatric Neurologist in Dubai/UAE.Relevant post-specialization clinical experience in pediatric neurology.Strong experience in the assessment and management of pediatric neurological disorders.Fluency in Turkish is highly preferred.Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate, family-centered approach to pediatric care.Commitment to evidence-based medicine and patient safety.Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience working with a diverse international patient population.Experience managing Turkish-speaking pediatric patients and families.Strong clinical interest in epilepsy, developmental neurology, or neurogenetics is an advantage.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary pediatric care environment.What We OfferCompetitive specialist-level compensation package.Modern clinical facilities and multidisciplinary support.Opportunity to serve a growing international and Turkish-speaking patient population.Professional development and continuing medical education opportunities.Supportive clinical and administrative environment.
