Join our innovative team as a Sr Full Stack Developer – (Platform Integration) and play a key role in developing a cutting-edge Data Platform that supports over 100,000 connected agents across the globe. Your expertise will help us seamlessly integrate this platform with our custom-built Change Management System, leveraging the power of Azure-native services.

What You’ll Do:

• Enterprise Platform Integration: Own the end-to-end integration of enterprise platform services into the serviceability platform’s domain model and APIs. 
• Integration Contracts: Define integration contracts, versioning, and backward compatibility across the enterprise-to-serviceability boundary. 
• Domain Model Alignment: Drive schema evolution and domain model alignment as new data sources and platform capabilities come online. 
• Reliability and Observability: Ensure production reliability, observability, and failure handling for all integrated services and data flows. 
• Technical Partnership: Act as the primary technical point of contact between enterprise platform teams and serviceability product teams. 
• Lead and Innovate: Drive the design and development of modules within our advanced data platform, ensuring scalability and robustness.
• Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality features that delight our users.
• Mentorship: Share your knowledge and experience by mentoring junior engineers, promoting clean code practices, best development methodologies, and architectural principles.
• Leverage Tech Stack: Utilize your skills with technologies such as Elastic Stack, C#, Azure Cloud, EventHub, Key Vault, Azure Functions, Azure WebApp, and Angular to build innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 8+ years in full-stack development, including 5+ years in integration or platform engineering, in a regulated or enterprise environment

• Integrations: Strong experience managing system integrations across enterprise platforms to ensure process efficiency.
• Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core, C#, Azure and modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular).
• Azure Integration Services: Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, Functions, API Management, or equivalent technologies, with an understanding of where cloud patterns may break down at the edge. 
• Frontend: Web development skills – React/Angular, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, CSS.
• Architecture: Strong fundamentals of software design – OOPS, SOLID Principles, REST, OOAD, SOA, and Web Services.
• Databases: Experience working with Databases – PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, MS SQL, SQLite.
• AI-Assisted Development: Fluent in using AI-assisted development tooling as part of daily engineering practice. 
• DevOps: Experience working with PowerShell, Azure DevOps/Git, Build Management, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD).
• Cybersecurity: Ensure application security through secure coding practices, identity management, and compliance with industry standards. Solid understanding of application security principles (OAuth, JWT, encryption, secure coding).
• Operations: Experience in operations support and incident management processes.
• Troubleshooting: Strong coding, debugging, problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
• Problem Solver: A strong passion for tackling complex challenges and a keen interest in learning new technologies.
• Leadership: A desire to mentor others and facilitate technical discussions within the team.
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Education: Qualifications Required: BE, MSc, MCA, Computer Science or related discipline.
