Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and reliability are integral parts of the daily workflow.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices for software reliability and performance.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align software engineering goals with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Expertise in scripting and automation to improve operational efficiency.
