Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through CRM systems, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Conduct customer outreach, present products, issue product samples, and build a strong sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors while providing timely follow-ups and support.
Prepare quotations, negotiate sales terms within authority, process customer orders in SAP, and maintain accurate CRM (C4C) records.
Monitor customer trends, competitor activities, pricing, and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Work closely with marketing, outside sales representatives, and account managers to support lead generation and ensure smooth customer transitions.
Manage CTAUS administrative functions, including inbound and outbound dispatch activities.
Comply with Freudenberg's safety, environmental, and occupational health requirements, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration or a relevant qualification.
Five years of proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
Strong understanding of commercial activities, including price quotations and negotiations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Familiarity with distributor relationship management and channel sales strategies.
Familiarity with AI-driven tools and predictive analytics for sales.
Knowledge of sustainability principles and the ability to position eco-friendly solutions effectively.
Emotional intelligence with the ability to build meaningful relationships.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Proficiency in data literacy, creativity, and innovative thinking.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
