POSITION SUMMARY:

The Workday Developer/Administrator will support our global HRIS operations, with a focus on configuration ownership, quality assurance, and proactive governance of our Workday environment. This role will support strategic system enhancements, continuous optimization initiatives, and new capability enablement, , evaluation of change requests, along with  integrations management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the primary owner of Workday configurations, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and alignment with global HR and business requirements. Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of Workday integrations, calculated fields, condition rules, and technical configurations. Recommend improvements to optimize system performance, reduce manual effort, and enhance user experience. Ensure configuration decisions follow best practices and are documented in a structured, auditable format. Serve as the day-to-day Workday system administrator for our all locations, globally. Manage tenant configurations, business processes, security groups, condition rules, and custom reports. Lead  with configuration and troubleshooting in Workday Core HCM and Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefitsand issue resolution. Work with Workday Community and support cases to troubleshoot functional issues. Support inbound/outbound integrations. Perform integration testing (EIBs, Studio, Document Transformation, etc.) and assist with end-to-end UAT. Maintain EIB templates, condition rules, and calculated fields as needed. Stay up to date on Workday’s two annual system releases and serve as the owner of release‑driven enablement, configuration updates, and optimization efforts to ensure new features and enhancements are properly evaluated, tested, and deployed. Collaborate with U.S.-based HRBPs, Payroll, and IT teams to support business needs. Communicate clearly across time zones and document updates in a structured manner Performs other related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

This position does not have direct reports.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with Workday, EIBs, Core Connectors, and calculated fields.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Frameworks, security, and report writing in Workday.
  • requires strong technical Workday skills, analytical ability, and cross-time-zone collaboration
  • Strong Excel, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 7-10 years of hands-on Workday experience in Core HCM and Payroll, Absence, and Benefits
  • Experience supporting global Workday tenants
  • Workday Certifications (e.g., HCM, Integrations) are a plus but not required

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
